What Momentum is

Momentum is human habit coaching, supported by a private dashboard. You get a dedicated coach who designs a small set of habits for you, reads your logs, and adjusts the plan each week.

What Momentum is not

It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Your coach is not a clinician. If you're struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes — habits are yours to keep, and results depend on what you do.

Your account

Momentum is for adults. Keep your login private; the dashboard link is personal to you. Be truthful in your intake and your logs — the coaching only works on real information.

Membership

Momentum is invitation only. There is no public sign-up: you're a member because a partner, a coach or an existing member nominated you and we accepted that nomination. The terms of your membership are agreed with you privately, in writing, before your intake opens — nothing on this website is an offer to sell.

Invitations are personal to you and aren't transferable. We may end a membership if the arrangement clearly isn't working, and we'll tell you why in plain words rather than going quiet.

Pausing and leaving

Tell your coach and we'll pause your habits and freeze your streaks. You can leave any time, with no contract and no exit fee. Your data stays available for a limited period after you leave, and we'll export it to you on request.

Conduct

Coaches are people. Abuse, harassment or discrimination towards a coach or staff member ends the arrangement immediately. Equally, if a coach isn't giving you what your membership promises, tell us and we'll put it right or move you to another coach.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page.
