The method

Design, log, read, adjust. Then repeat until you're different.

Momentum is a loop between two people. Nothing in it is automated, because the part that works is the part where someone notices.

  1. Step 1 · Design

A few habits, chosen by a person

Your coach reads your intake and picks three to five habits with the highest chance of holding. Each one carries a reason that matters to you, a simple target, and where it helps, an anchor to something already in your day.

  2. Step 2 · Log

    Thirty honest seconds

Mark each habit done, partial, missed or rest. Add a line if you want. Then seal the day. Sealing is the whole trick: it makes logging a statement rather than data entry.

  3. Step 3 · Read

    A human reads your week

Your coach sees the logs as they land. Three misses in a row on one habit and you'll hear from them on the third day — not at the end of the month, and never as a telling-off.

  4. Step 4 · Adjust

    The plan moves

A habit you keep missing is usually badly designed, not evidence about you. Every week your coach reshapes, retires or replaces habits so next week is winnable.

Why the loop holds

Small enough to do tired

Habits are sized for your worst realistic day, not your best imagined one. If you can only do it when everything goes right, it's the wrong habit.

Witnessed, not scored

Nothing here grades you. A person reads it. That single difference is why people keep logging in month three, when apps have long since been deleted.

Honesty is the cheapest option

Because your integrity streak rewards sealing rather than succeeding, telling the truth always costs you less than tidying the grid.

What Momentum is not

  • Not AI. No bot writes your plan and no model reads your logs. A trained human does both.
  • Not a chat app. Your conversation happens on WhatsApp, where you already live. The dashboard just keeps you in sync.
  • Not therapy. Your coach runs the method. If something is outside that, they'll say so plainly and point you to real help.
