Founding cohort · invitation only

Be one of the first. Help build Momentum.

The founding cohort is a small group, each one nominated by a partner, a coach or a member, living with Momentum for a month — a real coach, a real habit plan, the whole thing — and telling us the honest truth. You shape what it becomes.

Invitation only · a dedicated coach · opt out any time · capped rosters.

What this is

A month-long trial run, with you in the room.

Momentum pairs you with a real human coach who designs a handful of habits with you, holds you to them, and adjusts the plan each week — all tracked on your own private dashboard. It works, but it's new, and the only way to make it genuinely great is to have real people use it and tell us what's brilliant and what's broken. That's you.

What we ask of you

Three simple things.

  1. 01

    Give it a real month

The change takes a few weeks to show up, so we ask you to commit properly for the month starting in September — turning up, logging honestly, and talking to your coach.

  2. 02

Be honest, especially about what's wrong

“This bit was rubbish” helps us far more than “it was nice”. We can only fix what you tell us, so blunt is welcome.

  3. 03

Fill in one survey at the end

When your month wraps up — or if you choose to leave early — there's one short survey. It's the single most valuable thing you can give us.

And that's it. You can opt out at any time, for any reason, no hard feelings — we'd just ask for the short survey on your way out so we learn from it.

What you get

You're first, so you're treated like it.

  • A full month of real coaching

A dedicated human coach and a habit plan built around your actual life, from the day your invitation is opened.

  • A standing invitation

Carry on after the founding month and your place in the network holds — no reapplying, no renegotiating what you were promised.

  • A real say in the product

Founding testers shape what we build. The things you ask for are the things we make.

  • Founding Tester status

You were here before anyone. That doesn't change.

What you'd help us learn

Your honest experience is the whole point.

You don't need to test anything technical. Just live with it, and notice how it feels.

Does the dashboard make sense?

Is it easy, clear, and something you actually want to open each day?

Is your coach genuinely helpful?

Do their check-ins, replies and accountability actually keep you going?

Does it change anything?

Does having a real person in your corner move you more than an app ever did?

Would you keep it, or recommend it?

Is this something you'd use long term, and tell a friend about?

How it runs

About four weeks, starting September.

  1. Now → late August

    Get invited and matched

Your partner sends your private link. You answer the intake, we match you with a coach and get you set up.

  2. Early September

    Kick-off

Your coach designs your first habits, your dashboard goes live, and the month begins with the rest of the group.

  3. Weeks 1–4

    Live with it

Daily habits, a weekly review, your coach in your corner. A two-minute pulse around the halfway mark.

  4. End of the month

    The survey, and your choice

Tell us everything, then decide whether to carry on as a full member.

Questions

The honest answers.

How do I get into the founding cohort?
By nomination. A partner, a coach or an existing member puts your name forward, we read it, and if it's a fit your invitation arrives by email with a private link. There is no public sign-up.
Am I committed after the founding month?
No. There's no obligation to continue. If it's working, your place in the network holds on the terms set out in your invitation. If not, you finish the month and we part as friends.
How much time does it take?
A minute or two a day to mark and seal your habits, a short weekly review, and a message to your coach when you need one. It's built to fit a busy life, not add to it.
Can I leave early if it isn't for me?
Any time, no hard feelings. We'd just ask you to complete the short survey on your way out, so your experience still counts for something.
What's the survey about?
Your honest experience — what worked, what didn't, how your coach was, and what you'd change. About fifteen minutes.
Who is it for?
Invited adults who are capable but stuck — you know what you should be doing, you keep falling off, and someone who knows you thought you were ready to change it.
Is my information private?
Completely. Your data is yours, we never sell it, and we only ever share your story with your explicit permission. See our privacy policy.

Capped roster · invitation only

How founding members actually arrive.

A partner sends one person a private link. It opens their intake — a few honest questions so we can match them with the right coach, saved as they type, ending with the founding commitment. There is no application form on this site, and no way to start one from here.
